CPLTS, the interdisciplinary studio for AI transformation, continues to expand its team. Following its foundation in December 2023 and the addition of Eveline Birrer and Oliver Lutz in May 2024, two more experts are now joining the team: Fathima Ifthikar and Pascal Blank.

As Transformation Copilot, Fathima Ifthikar plays a key role in knowledge transfer and change management. With her experience as former Head of Social Media at AXA and as a lecturer and consultant in digital marketing, she brings valuable skills to the studio. She is also involved in setting up the administrative structures of an NGO against racism and discrimination.

Pascal Blank joins the team as Performance Marketing Copilot. The former Head of Performance Marketing at Kuble supports CPLTS customers in successfully designing campaigns, content and reports and efficiently utilizing the advantages of artificial intelligence. In addition to his work at CPLTS, he is also a freelance consultant and lecturer.
