The Zurich agency Bühler & Bühler has had a successful business year. "We have already added five new mandates to our portfolio this year. I am very pleased about this - there is obviously demand for Bühler & Bühler's services. The market is taking notice of our expertise, particularly in dialog marketing and branding," explains CEO and partner Raphael Bühler. In response to this growth, the agency has now restructured its creative management team.

Rebecca Westhoff has been part of the team again since September 1 - this time as Creative Director Text. After her first period at Bühler & Bühler from 2018 to the end of 2024, where she rose from Text Trainee to Jr. Creative Director, she is now responsible for Text & Concept together with Chief Creative Officer Doris Bühler.

In addition, two further management positions have been filled: Stephanie Geiger, who has been a member of the management team for over four years, has been appointed Executive Creative Director. With her many years of award-winning experience, she will primarily contribute as creative lead for cross-media campaigns.
Vasco Bickel, previously Senior Art Director and member of the Executive Board, has been promoted to Creative Director Art. In this position, he is responsible for managing the design team and training apprentices.

A different kind of Christmas mail: In 2024, Swisscom launched a direct-mail campaign that not only inspires but also provides long-term support. The creative agency Bühler & Bühler developed a detachable calendar insert that reached 210,000 households with 52 ideas for a successful 2025.
From «Call someone close to your heart» to «Set aside time to be offline» to «Tidy up your messy drawer»—these resolutions are simple, practical for everyday life, and create precious moments. Doris Bühler, Chief Creative Officer at Bühler & Bühler, explains: «We didn’t want to limit our concept to holidays, even though Swisscom’s promotions were very attractive. The focus was on consistency and connection throughout the entire year, in keeping with Switzerland’s most sustainable telco company.»
With this mailing, Swisscom underscores its vision: not only to offer the best network in Switzerland, but also to help foster greater appreciation and inspiration in its customers’ everyday lives.
