Changes at Apostroph Group: The language services company is reorganizing itself and combining its sales team and operations in the Customer Success division. This is also intended to take better account of the rapid technological developments in the language industry. Nadia Gaille takes over as Head of Customer Success and becomes a member of the Executive Board.

In addition, the departments of internal translators and vendor management will be combined with external language resources in the new Language Production department, headed by Luise Mugrauer.

The language services company Apostroph Group, with Swiss locations in Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, Mendrisio and Zurich, has seen significant development in recent years. This is also reflected in growing teams at the five locations mentioned. With Charles Mariauzouls, the employees now have an experienced HR manager at their side as Head of People and Culture.

Mariauzouls is a trained businessman and holds a doctorate in psychology. He looks back on a 25-year career in human resources. His professional stations include Zurich Insurance Group, PwC Switzerland, Scor Reinsurance, Finma and EFG Group.

"We want to further expand our human resources management. The focus is on employees and their development in a growing company. In addition to perceptive HR processes, this also includes consistent knowledge management and individual employee development," explains Philipp Meier, Managing Partner & Group CEO of Apostroph.
