In Flagranti Communication designed and implemented a campaign under the headline "The journey into the countryside begins in yellow". Social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, print ads, selective online banners and, of course, Passenger TV draw attention to the PostBus offer in the Bernese Oberland. The route to Griesalp and the 4-pass trips, for example, are spectacular.

All measures lead to the landing page www.berneroberland-entdecken.ch. There, day trippers can find detailed information on 15 hikes with details such as public transport connections, weather reports and catering options. Since August 15, you can also take part in a competition on the website.
Visitors to the landing page are recorded and developed into leads using the maatoo marketing automation solution tailored to SMEs. In future, these will allow PostBus to provide interested people with individual offers tailored to their personal preferences.
The measures were implemented with two other companies from the inspiratio network: while In Flagranti Communication is responsible for the concept, creation and UX design, the landing page was created by the Digital Innovation Lab. 55 weeks contributed the social campaigning and the implementation of marketing automation.

The swipe button in the logo shows it: public transport in Switzerland is developing rapidly towards a digital future. The "Public Transport Ticket 2020" program is a sign of this dynamism. In three projects, it is working on the further development of industry structures, the harmonization of fare systems and joint sales. The broad-based program enables faster and binding decisions for public transport in Switzerland and increases the industry's entrepreneurial efficiency.

Logo with symbolic content
The task for In Flagranti communication was to develop the branding for the "ÖV-Ticket 2020" program. The central challenge was to create an independent image that clearly differentiates itself from other players in the industry, but clearly references public transport in terms of aesthetics. The swipe button in the logo symbolizes both the central customer benefit and the increasing digitalization. The website Ticket2020.ch was created in collaboration with 55weeks.
